Norton Fields

The super chilled and amazing couple Vitalina and Callum married at the gorgeous Norton Fields, a Warwickshire wedding venue perfectly located between Ashby and Leicester. Ukrainian born Vitalina met Callum at the Hinkley United Reformed Church, where Callum’s dad is the Minister, and this is where they married.

Set amid the rolling wheat fields, the corn sheds have been converted into a magnificent 160-seat Leicestershire venue. The nearby ‘Stables’ provide seven stunningly appointed self-catering cottages including a  bridal suite with separate entrance, dressing room and exquisite master bedroom.

Norton Fields

~ The Ceremony ~

The ceremony took place at the beautiful Hinkley United Reformed Church where Vitalina and Callum first set eyes upon one another. The ceremony was fabulous with lots of tears, laughter and cheers all around.

~ The Venue ~

Norton Fields is located on a working arable family run farm, with the newly converted farm buildings providing a rustic, vintage charm that creates an idyllic setting for any wedding. Set amid the rolling wheat fields and surrounding stunning views, Norton Fields is the perfect rural wedding venue. The luxurious accommodation is second to none, and for anyone looking for the complete wedding barn experience, you won’t go far wrong with this superb venue.

~ Wedding Breakfast ~

The wedding breakfast was held in the purposely converted corn sheds, capable of accommodating up to 160 guests. The staff were incredible, ensuring all the guests had the perfect experience, delivering the food and drinks to the tables, working together like a syncronised olympic swimming team. I’ve had the pleasure of tasting a lot of ‘wedding meals’ over the years, i’m by no means a food expert, but the food here was right at the top of my list and absolutely delicious. The celebrations spilled out onto the forecourt in front of the corn sheds, where Callum joined his band to start the evening off with a bang! The summer sun was just setting, the bottles of fizz were popping and the dancing celebrations began. A perfect evening!

~ Rounding Up ~

I had a great time shooting at Norton Fields and would definitely recommend this venue to any engaged couples looking for a Warwickshire barn wedding. The owners greeted the wedding party on their arrival, which I thought was a lovely touch, and they were very welcoming towards me and the rest of the suppliers. You could tell Norton Fields is a family run business, as every part of the venue had that ‘little extra love’ that most mainstream venue’s lack.

If you’re planning your wedding, either at Norton Fields or any other venue, i’d love to hear all about it and have the opportunity to be your wedding photographer.
